All items are handmade with care using polymer clay. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.

Please note that slight imperfections are a natural part of handmade items and contribute to their uniqueness. Additionally, polymer clay may develop minor cracks or subtle changes over time due to normal use, environmental conditions, or the inherent properties of the material. These are not considered defects, and I do not offer refunds or exchanges for such occurrences.
